According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 207,854 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Kentucky, which was 4.61% of the total population of Kentucky.

Jefferson County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (59,021), followed by Fayette County (29,750), and Warren County (9,441). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Robertson County (19), Owsley County (42), and Menifee County (57).
