According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 1.62M of Illinois's Hispanic or Latino voting-age population, 48.21% of them (781.18K people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, 30.89% of them (500.52K people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 15.95% of them (258.48K people) identified their race as White Alone.
