According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 37.44K of the Latah County, ID Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) population, 89.40% (33.48K) identified their race as White Alone, 5.73% (2.14K) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 2.59% (968) identified their race as Asian Alone.
