According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 3.89M of the Cook County, IL Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) population, 54.85% (2.13M) identified their race as White Alone, 30.46% (1.19M) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 10.50% (408.69K) identified their race as Asian Alone.
