According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 28.67K of the Hancock County, WV Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) population, 92.37% (26.48K) identified their race as White Alone, 4.43% (1.27K) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 2.42% (695) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
