According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 5.36M of Minnesota's Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) population, 81.22% (4.35M people) identified their race as White Alone, 7.33% (392.85K people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 5.55% (297.46K people) identified their race as Asian Alone.
