According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 847.93K of South Dakota's Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) population, 83.21% (705.58K people) identified their race as White Alone, 8.80% (74.60K people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, and 4.06% (34.43K people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
