According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 4,510,324 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Colorado, which was 78.12% of the total population of Colorado.

El Paso County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (600.41K), followed by Arapahoe County (519.34K), and Denver County (516.06K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: San Juan County (615), Hinsdale County (758), and Mineral County (818).
