According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 2,555,277 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Kansas, which was 86.98% of the total population of Kansas.

Johnson County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (555.47K), followed by Sedgwick County (441.19K), and Shawnee County (155.05K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Greeley County (1.09K), Stanton County (1.18K), and Lane County (1.43K).
