According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 6,142,232 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Massachusetts, which was 87.37% of the total population of Massachusetts.

Middlesex County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (1.49M), followed by Worcester County (750.21K), and Norfolk County (687.87K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Nantucket County (11.94K), Dukes County (20.07K), and Franklin County (67.44K).
