According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 5,851,845 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Missouri, which was 95.08% of the total population of Missouri.

St. Louis County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (966.95K), followed by Jackson County (639.42K), and St. Charles County (389.25K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Worth County (1.95K), Mercer County (3.38K), and Knox County (3.72K).
