According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 46.53K of the Apache, AZ Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 72.91% of them (33.93K people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, 24.20% of them (11.26K people) identified their race as White Alone, and 1.74% of them (811 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
