According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 539.77K of the DeKalb County, GA Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 55.35% of them (298.75K people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, 33.38% of them (180.16K people) identified their race as White Alone, and 7.20% of them (38.84K people) identified their race as Asian Alone.
