According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 126.63K of the Kootenai, ID Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 92.72% of them (117.41K people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.50% of them (5.70K people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 0.96% of them (1.21K people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
