According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 233.18K of the Howard, MD Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 54.52% of them (127.13K people) identified their race as White Alone, 20.81% of them (48.52K people) identified their race as Asian Alone, and 19.89% of them (46.37K people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
