According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 1.21M of the Middlesex, MA Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 74.84% of them (906.50K people) identified their race as White Alone, 13.75% of them (166.60K people) identified their race as Asian Alone, and 5.18% of them (62.69K people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
