According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 18.13K of the Washington, MO Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 91.58% of them (16.61K people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.48% of them (813 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 3.17% of them (574 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
