According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 62.94K of the Cascade, MT Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 87.35% of them (54.97K people) identified their race as White Alone, 5.21% of them (3.28K people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 4.21% of them (2.65K people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
