According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 74.24K of the Cape May County, NJ Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 92.42% of them (68.61K people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.55% of them (2.64K people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 2.59% of them (1.93K people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
