According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 230.31K of the Somerset County, NJ Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 64.40% of them (148.31K people) identified their race as White Alone, 21.84% of them (50.30K people) identified their race as Asian Alone, and 10.35% of them (23.83K people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
