According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 26.39K of the Cooke County, TX Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 90.17% of them (23.80K people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.35% of them (1.15K people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 3.27% of them (863 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
