According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 28.82K of the Wise County, VA Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 90.96% of them (26.21K people) identified their race as White Alone, 5.75% of them (1.66K people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 2.43% of them (701 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
