According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in West Virginia who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 1,409,449; and represented 98.36% of the total West Virginia voting-age population.

Kanawha County had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (143.57K), followed by Berkeley County (89.13K), and Monongalia County (85.56K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Wirt County (4.10K), Calhoun County (4.98K), and Pendleton County (5.06K).
