According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Ontario City, OR population of 11,645 people, 48.88% (5,692 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 21.07% (2,454 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone, and 11.32% (1,318 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - White Alone.
