According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Black Sands CDP, HI population of 416 people, 67.31% (280 people) identified their race as White Alone, 15.63% (65 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 10.82% (45 people) identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone.
