According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Kailua CDP, HI population of 40,514 people, 43.34% (17,558 people) identified their race as White Alone, 30.14% (12,210 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 17.95% (7,271 people) identified their race as Asian Alone.
