According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Makaha CDP, HI population of 9,916 people, 41.15% (4,080 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, 24.69% (2,448 people) identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone, and 18.89% (1,873 people) identified their race as White Alone.
