According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Delaware population of 989,948 people, 60.38% (597,763) identified their race as White Alone, 22.11% (218,899) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 7.73% (76,518) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
