Clark County had the highest number of people who identify as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (23,735), followed by Washoe County (9,014), and Elko County (2,849). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone were: Eureka County (22), Lincoln County (29), and Esmeralda County (30).
In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Mineral County had the highest percentage, with 17.24% of its population identifying their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, followed by Elko County (5.31%), and Lander County (4.67%).
