According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 76,660 people in Alabama who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 1.53% of the total population of Alabama. Jefferson County had the highest number of people who identify as Asian Alone (13,109), followed by Madison County (10,292), and Mobile County (8,585). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Asian Alone were: Lamar County (6), Wilcox County (7), and Greene County (7).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Lee County had the highest percentage, with 4.92% of its population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Montgomery County (3.49%), and Madison County (2.65%).
