According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 257,430 people in Arizona who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 3.60% of the total population of Arizona. Maricopa County had the highest number of people who identify as Asian Alone (203,696), followed by Pima County (31,367), and Pinal County (6,718). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Asian Alone were: Greenlee County (75), La Paz County (115), and Graham County (192).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Maricopa County had the highest percentage, with 4.61% of its population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Pima County (3.01%), and Cochise County (2.16%).
