According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 86,273 people in Kansas who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 2.94% of the total population of Kansas. Johnson County had the highest number of people who identify as Asian Alone (33,030), followed by Sedgwick County (22,511), and Wyandotte County (7,705). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Asian Alone were: Woodson County (0), Wallace County (0), and Lane County (0).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Johnson County had the highest percentage, with 5.42% of its population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Riley County (4.68%), and Wyandotte County (4.55%).
