According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 86,273 people in Kansas who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 2.94% of the total population of Kansas. Johnson County had the highest number of people who identify as Asian Alone (33,030), followed by Sedgwick County (22,511), and Wyandotte County (7,705).
