Louisiana Asian Alone Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 86,438 people in Louisiana who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 1.86% of the total population of Louisiana. Jefferson Parish had the highest number of people who identify as Asian Alone (19,780), followed by East Baton Rouge Parish (14,499), and Orleans Parish (10,703). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Asian Alone were: Red River Parish (1), Tensas Parish (6), and Madison Parish (6).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Jefferson Parish had the highest percentage, with 4.49% of its population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Plaquemines Parish (4.48%), and East Baton Rouge Parish (3.17%).
