Minnesota Asian Alone Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 299,190 people in Minnesota who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 5.24% of the total population of Minnesota. Hennepin County had the highest number of people who identify as Asian Alone (97,864), followed by Ramsey County (86,079), and Dakota County (24,118). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Asian Alone were: Traverse County (0), Red Lake County (6), and Mahnomen County (7).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Ramsey County had the highest percentage, with 15.58% of its population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Hennepin County (7.64%), and Washington County (6.95%).
