Mississippi Asian Alone Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 32,709 people in Mississippi who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 1.11% of the total population of Mississippi. Harrison County had the highest number of people who identify as Asian Alone (6,008), followed by Jackson County (3,204), and Madison County (3,196). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Asian Alone were: Benton County (1), Claiborne County (3), and Issaquena County (5).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Lafayette County had the highest percentage, with 3.02% of its population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Madison County (2.93%), and Oktibbeha County (2.91%).
