According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 298,509 people in Ohio who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 2.53% of the total population of Ohio. Franklin County had the highest number of people who identify as Asian Alone (74,071), followed by Cuyahoga County (44,071), and Hamilton County (25,333). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Asian Alone were: Monroe County (21), Vinton County (22), and Noble County (23).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Delaware County had the highest percentage, with 8.51% of its population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Warren County (7.15%), and Union County (6.44%).
