According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 137,443 people in Alabama who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 2.74% of the total population of Alabama. Jefferson County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (19,074), followed by Madison County (10,436), and Marshall County (9,587). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Perry County (11), Sumter County (27), and Greene County (33).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Franklin County had the highest percentage, with 13.37% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by DeKalb County (10.01%), and Marshall County (9.82%).
