According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 555,059 people in Georgia who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 5.18% of the total population of Georgia. Gwinnett County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (116,276), followed by Cobb County (54,070), and DeKalb County (44,728). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Glascock County (4), Clay County (8), and Talbot County (9).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Stewart County had the highest percentage, with 22.07% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Whitfield County (17.74%), and Echols County (14.74%).
