According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 103,632 people in Idaho who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 5.64% of the total population of Idaho. Canyon County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (26,368), followed by Ada County (16,268), and Bonneville County (7,890). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Camas County (18), Butte County (33), and Lewis County (42).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Clark County had the highest percentage, with 22.15% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Power County (21.77%), and Minidoka County (19.05%).
