Sedgwick County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (32,207), followed by Wyandotte County (25,643), and Johnson County (18,692). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Decatur County (7), Trego County (9), and Republic County (11).
