According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 145,422 people in Kansas who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 4.95% of the total population of Kansas. Sedgwick County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (32,207), followed by Wyandotte County (25,643), and Johnson County (18,692). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Decatur County (7), Trego County (9), and Republic County (11).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Seward County had the highest percentage, with 27.24% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Ford County (24.53%), and Hamilton County (21.37%).
