According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 142,699 people in Louisiana who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 3.06% of the total population of Louisiana. Jefferson Parish had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (36,689), followed by East Baton Rouge Parish (15,503), and Orleans Parish (12,409). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Tensas Parish (19), East Carroll Parish (35), and Madison Parish (45).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, LaSalle Parish had the highest percentage, with 8.48% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Jefferson Parish (8.32%), and Winn Parish (6.34%).
