According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 410,941 people in Maryland who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 6.65% of the total population of Maryland. Prince George's County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (139,685), followed by Montgomery County (116,786), and Baltimore County (34,198). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Garrett County (131), Kent County (441), and Allegany County (468).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Prince George's County had the highest percentage, with 14.44% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Montgomery County (11.00%), and Frederick County (5.31%).
