According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 168,444 people in Minnesota who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 2.95% of the total population of Minnesota. Hennepin County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (54,040), followed by Ramsey County (22,001), and Dakota County (18,009). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Lake of the Woods County (14), Kittson County (20), and Lincoln County (33).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Nobles County had the highest percentage, with 19.60% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Watonwan County (15.54%), and Mower County (6.31%).
