According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 435,757 people in Nevada who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 14.04% of the total population of Nevada. Clark County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (348,344), followed by Washoe County (57,961), and Carson City (7,093). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Eureka County (53), Esmeralda County (65), and Lincoln County (108).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Clark County had the highest percentage, with 15.38% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Pershing County (13.87%), and Humboldt County (12.54%).
