According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 318,632 people in New Mexico who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 15.05% of the total population of New Mexico. Bernalillo County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (100,713), followed by Doña Ana County (44,199), and Santa Fe County (22,348). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Harding County (46), Catron County (154), and De Baca County (178).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Lea County had the highest percentage, with 27.06% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Luna County (21.46%), and Rio Arriba County (21.19%).
