According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 2,210,633 people in New York who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 10.94% of the total population of New York. Bronx County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (493,052), followed by Queens County (444,686), and Kings County (302,186). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Hamilton County (22), Schuyler County (93), and Lewis County (184).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Bronx County had the highest percentage, with 33.48% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Queens County (18.49%), and Westchester County (14.63%).
