Oklahoma County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (79,257), followed by Tulsa County (48,015), and Cleveland County (11,765). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Nowata County (38), Dewey County (60), and Roger Mills County (62).
