According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 214,001 people in Oklahoma who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 5.41% of the total population of Oklahoma. Oklahoma County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (79,257), followed by Tulsa County (48,015), and Cleveland County (11,765). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Nowata County (38), Dewey County (60), and Roger Mills County (62).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Texas County had the highest percentage, with 26.18% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Beaver County (15.79%), and Harper County (14.33%).
