According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 265,431 people in Oregon who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 6.26% of the total population of Oregon. Washington County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (52,212), followed by Multnomah County (48,057), and Marion County (47,723). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Wheeler County (24), Gilliam County (27), and Sherman County (41).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Morrow County had the highest percentage, with 22.81% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Malheur County (16.65%), and Umatilla County (15.61%).
