According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 508,531 people in Pennsylvania who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 3.91% of the total population of Pennsylvania. Philadelphia County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (139,102), followed by Berks County (50,270), and Lehigh County (49,199). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Cameron County (40), Sullivan County (52), and Fulton County (54).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Lehigh County had the highest percentage, with 13.14% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Berks County (11.72%), and Philadelphia County (8.67%).
