According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 246,282 people in Tennessee who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 3.56% of the total population of Tennessee. Davidson County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (56,230), followed by Shelby County (48,800), and Rutherford County (19,755). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Van Buren County (10), Moore County (23), and Hancock County (26).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Bedford County had the highest percentage, with 9.04% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Davidson County (7.86%), and Hamblen County (7.62%).
